Default Odd glitch when changing part length

Had a really odd one last night.
- created a new project
- created a couple of parts
- created multiple presets in one part (3)
Then, i decided part 3 should really be 48 steps, not 16, so changed the part length, and expected everything to be erased.
At that point, things went a little crazy. The cleared Part had all it's parameters set to weird garbage. (example: in Control page, Oct=7 Trans=75) the Preset page was all messed up, wouldn't save a Preset, garbage on the screen.

I should have saved the project, and emailed it to you, but instead I power-cycled the Vector, then went through every page on that Part and cleaned up the mess. Every page had some weird random goop. In the Mod sequencers, the right three params were showing '...' instead of a param name, etc, etc.
Once I did that everything was fine.

So, seems to be an issue with changing Part length when you have Presets saved for that part......

Interesting -- I'll run some tests. When you reformat a part for a longer length, it should definitely clear out the old stuff completely.

Also useful for odd cases like this: Shift+'C2' to clear a preset is a fast way to get out of a situation like that.

Cheers,
Jim
